  1. Create an account with us by selecting the Login/Register button.
  2. Pick your item(s) and ADD to cart.
  3. Order & payment. You pay us directly for the item(s) by placing the order via the website Shopping cart system.
  4. We accept AE, Visa, MC, and Discover.
  5. Certified check or money orders are accepted, but must be received withing 7 days of order placement.
  6. We do not charge a credit card fee.
  7. We do not offer layaway plans.

PSL-74 follows all state regulations regarding the sale of high-capacity magazines. We will not ship magazines that are restricted in your area or state. We do not offer custom magazine requests to ship to another state, refund, substitutions, dealer approval or other.

There will be no sales of the 20rd magazine or any magazine we carry deemed high-capacity to the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.

How do I create and order process?
All orders are placed through our website at PSL-74.com. Please read over the “How to Buy” section for more details.

How do I check my order status?
You can check by emailing us at sales@psl-74.com. Please include your name and order #.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, one will be sent to you in a separate email from USPS. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam folder. Please check there before contacting us.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order you will need to send a detailed message to sales@psl-74.com that includes your name, order #, and reason for cancellation. There is a $45.00 fee for cancellation along with a 20% restocking fee.

Can I add to an existing order?
No, we cannot add to an existing order once it is placed. You will have to place another order with us. If your first and second order are closely placed, we will make every effort to combine ship items. Please note, you will be charged separate shipping fees.

  1. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the time you place your order.
  2. We do not ship outside of the 50 US states.
  3. Most orders ship 3-5 days excluding holidays.
  4. Orders are shipped USPS and a tracking number is sent automatically to the email address you provided. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam folder. Please look before contacting us.
  5. Once your order is shipped, we do not have any control over the delivery of your item(s).
  6. If USPS fails to deliver your item, please contact us. Do not make a claim on your end. At best, USPS will only refund you the shipping cost not the total value of your order.
  7. We are not responsible for stolen, damaged, or missing items due to negligence on USPS. We will make every effort to replace a missing item if we are at fault for not packaging it.
  8. All items must be shipped. We do not have a retail store for you to pick up. This pertains to customers who are local as well.
  9. Cancelled or changed orders will be subject to a service fee even if not shipped out, if your order has been shipped and you cancel the order, you will be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are accepted up to 10 days after delivery has been made. Returned items must be unused. Returns must be authorized by PSL-74.com. You must obtain a RMA# in order to return the item. You can do this by emailing us at sales@psl-74.com and requesting an RMA#.

Returns made without an RMA# will be unaccepted.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping or fees related to the sale cannot be refunded.
